Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 2026

This policy describes what PhiloMind AI collects on the marketing website, how legacy waitlist records are handled, and the choices you have.

What we collect

Legacy waitlist requests: email address, optional first name, selected interest and preferred philosopher when the earlier signup form was used, quiz answer IDs and quiz result when the philosopher match previously captured email, and consent timestamp.

Attribution metadata: referrer, landing page, locale, and UTM parameters when they are present.

Security data: Turnstile verification result, user-agent, and hashed rate-limit identifiers derived from normalized email and requester fingerprint. The legacy marketing waitlist does not store raw IP addresses in its main signup table.

Third-party analytics are not enabled by default.

How we use your information

To honor legacy confirmation links and keep only confirmed legacy waitlist subscribers active.

To understand which pages and account-entry paths are producing real interest so the product team can prioritize wisely.

To detect and prevent spam or abuse of account-intent and legacy waitlist flows.

Storage and retention

Legacy waitlist data is stored in the project's Supabase deployment. Production region and retention settings must be configured before launch and are not guessed on this page.

Pending and confirmed records remain until the operator deletes them or changes the retention policy. Rate-limit records are kept on a bounded rolling basis for abuse prevention.

Your rights
